We’re most comfortable when an owner is comfortable with us and trusts us to help them manage the creation of their building from the earliest stages. By involving LENA Construction early, we can help owner’s representatives manage the design process and provide pricing as we go to ensure that budgets are met when it’s time to close financing.

LENA Construction has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of multi-family housing. LENA’s dedicated team of rehab experts’ experience includes resident-in-place rehabilitation including complete unit-turnover, additions, and seismic retrofit.
